This Blackjack Rescue Knife was discontinued back in 1998 when Blackjack Knives closed their doors. The knife was made in Japan for Blackjack and was part of their regular items until they filed for bankruptcy. This knife is new in the plastic wrap and maintains a folding blade which easily stores in the black nylon pouch. A pair of latex gloves are also neatly secured in the Velcro pouch. The blade is marked 911 on one side and Sei-Japan (L37786) on the other. The model number listed on the Blackjack inventory sheet back in 1996 is item number 30300911.
