This well made knife honors the elite military and the 1st. Special Forces Group, (Airborne) in honoring their 50th Anniversary. Based in Ft. Lewis, the 1st Group’s theatre of operations is Asia. Chris Reeve chose the name Pacific to honor the home and work place of these fine and highly trained soldiers.

Once again the design was the creation of Reeve/Harsey. Made in Boise, ID by CR knives, the Pacific knife is a using knife that, just like the men for whom it was designed, is efficient, tough, dependable, uncompromising and AMERICAN MADE!

This knife features a 6” blade made of Crucible Steel CPM S30V .220” thick stainless steel with a double row of serrations on both sides of the blade for aggressive cutting of fibrous materials. The blade maintains a hardness of 55-57RC and is coated with KG Gun-Kote. The handle material is Sand blasted Black Canvas Micarta with grooves to provide extra grip. NOTE: glass breaker has been designed into the full tang. Overall knife length is 11.5” and weighs 11.6 oz. This knife comes with a deluxe model sheath, ACU Combat Master by SpecOps which includes a front storage pouch.

This knife, like all Chris Reeve knives, carries the lifetime warranty, (excluding knives that have been thrown or used for heavy levering). If you are looking for a knife that is fully functional, virtually indestructible then consider a Chris Reeve.
